These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Wixams Leaflet Distribution (“we”, “our”, “us”) and our customers (“you”, “your”) for leaflet distribution and related services. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide:
- Door-to-door leaflet distribution
- Hand-to-hand leaflet distribution
- Optional printing and design services through trusted partners
All services are carried out in the agreed locations and timeframes, subject to weather conditions, availability, and any circumstances beyond our control.
2. Quotations & Bookings
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- A booking is confirmed when you have accepted our quote in writing (email is acceptable) and, if required, made the deposit or full payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.
3. Leaflet Supply & Condition
- You are responsible for providing leaflets in the agreed quantity, size, and format, unless otherwise arranged.
- Leaflets must be delivered to our agreed collection point or address before the scheduled start date.
- We are not liable for delays caused by late or incorrect delivery of leaflets.
4. Distribution Method
- Distribution is typically door-to-door or hand-to-hand, as agreed.
- We aim to deliver to all properties in the agreed area; however, some properties may be inaccessible (e.g., gated areas, “no junk mail” signs, unsafe premises).
- GPS tracking reports (if included in your package) show routes covered but do not guarantee delivery to every single address.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be stated in your invoice.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before distribution begins.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services and incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the start date: full refund (minus any preparation costs).
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date: no refund unless otherwise agreed.
- If we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed business opportunities arising from your leaflet content, targeting, or timing.
- You are responsible for ensuring all leaflet content complies with UK law (including advertising standards, GDPR, and copyright).
- We do not accept liability for distribution delays caused by weather, road closures, illness, or other events beyond our control.
8. Insurance
We hold Public Liability Insurance to cover accidental damage or injury caused during our work.
9. Complaints
- Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the distribution date.
- We will investigate and provide a response within 14 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
